Return Policy

At Honda Factory Parts, we are committed to providing quality products and service. Please review our return policy before initiating a return.

  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If you do not provide a VIN with the order, we cannot guarantee fitment of the part(s). 
  • Use our online contact form to arrange for any returns or you may email customer service at [email protected].
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • We typically do not refund shipping on new returns unless there is an issue from our end to be resolved. 
  • We do not reimburse labor, diagnostic testing or installation charges for any reason.
  • Parts must be in brand new resalable condition and in the original, unopened packaging including the Honda parts label. As all parts ship from the manufacturer and will have to be sent back to the manufacturer. 
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Any return over 30 days old could be rejected and sent back to the customer.
  • If the part(s) are defective please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund. The part(s) must be professionally installed and a repair order / receipt must be provided along with a repair order showing the diagnosis of the defect or warranty item. 
  • In the event an order arrived damaged, lost or stolen, the orders are protected through Extend. All refunds will be issued through Extend via a pre-paid gift card.
  • Hot deals and clearance items are in very limited quantity and are only available while supplies last. Availability will be confirmed after orders are placed.  No returns are allowed on hot deals and clearance items.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.


Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • A cancellation request is not a confirmed cancellation. Orders remain active until a cancellation confirmation is issued by Honda Factory Parts.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply in addition to our 25% restocking fee.
